This scholarship honors a great thinker whose writings and speeches have inspired thousands of young men and women all over the world. He was a member of the ILM Board of Trustees. These scholarships are awarded to outstanding foreign participants. A 50% waiver in tuition fee in a semester is offered to for two students with foreign nationalities who fulfill the admission requirements of UMT.
